Wizard Fancy Dress is firmly committed to customer privacy and will not disclose buyers’ information unless it is required for despatch. This information includes names, addresses, telephone numbers and email addresses and will be used only when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment and despatched via a third party courier company or postal service for delivery purposes.  In this case the third party will not disclose any information to any other parties.

All personal information pertaining to our customers identification will be stored securely in our database and will only be used to send special offers and mailshots at various times of the year. Should you no longer require this service you may unsubscribe at any time. For more information, please read the section “To un-subscribe”.

When registering your details with us, please do not share your username and password with anyone else.

We use cookies to keep track of your order so that you don't have to keep entering your information each time you enter our site to browse or place an order.

Please send us an email from the account you wish to unsubscribe from with the subject title of “Unsubscribe”. We will then unsubscribe you from our list, although this may take up to one working week.
 
To delete your account
Please send us an email from with your account details contained within, username and account number. And we will remove your account from the server.
