Making a Purchase
Just browse our store and add the itemsyou wish to purchase to the your shopping cart and when you have finished, click on Check Out and fill in the relevant details. Should you wish to alter your order, press the update button when prompted to change your order details accordingly. . Its that simple!
Once we have received your order and payment has been processed, an order acknowledgement will be sent to you via email. This confirmation of order does not confirm that a contract exists between Wizard Fancy Dress and yourself us until we despatch your goods. We have to include this term to protect ourselves in case a mistake has been made in pricing,or an item in not in stock or has been discontinued by our supplier. In the case of a change of price, we will contact you first to ensure that the new price is acceptable. If an item is not in stock or has been withdrawn from sale by our supplier, then a substitute will be offered. You may cancel that part of your order, or allow us to backorder the item and send later to you.
We may refuse to accept an order when goods are not available, where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment, if there has been a product description or pricing error or you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
Methods of payment
We accept payment by credit or debit cards, - Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro (Switch) and Solo as well as by personal cheques, postal orders and paypal. All cheques should be made out to Wardrobe Wizard and all cheques must be cleared prior to goods being despatched.
We are unable to despatch orders until goods are paid for in full. No credit or debit card details are held by Wizard Fancy Dress and all details are encrypted to ensure security of this data.

Pricing
All prices include VAT except children's costumes that are currently exempt. Vat is applicable on all goods purchased within the United Kingdom and EU countries.
Delivery Schedule
Subject to satisfactory payment clearance we aim to despatch your order with-in 3-4 working days but please allow extra time during our busy periods i.e.Halloween and Christmas.
Back orders - if an item is out of stock we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order,or choose a substitute item if you would rather not wait.
Shipping and Handling
We ship to the United Kingdom and Irish Republic by First Class post which can take 1- 4 days to reach you and is charged at £5 per order.
We offer a next day courier service delivery anyway in the United Kingdom for £6.99

Date Goods required by
Please give us an indication of a specific date you require your order by if it is required for a party and we will endeavour to accommodate your request,provided all other terms and conditions as above are met.
Guarantee - Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction, your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Selling Directive. Returned goods will only be accepted if un-used nd returned in the original packaging and deemed suitable for re-sale. Postage will not be refunded for returned items unless the items were faulty, or sent in error. Wizard Fancy Dress must be notified of the reason for the return and items must be returned within seven days of despatch for a full refund or exchange. The costof returning goods to us will be the customers liability and we would advise you return goods by Recorded Delivery only, as we cannot be responsible for goods that we do not receive.
Upon receipt of the goods and our examination, we will give you a full refund or exchange the item or give you a credit note. For hygiene reasons we do not except the return of make-up, wigs, tights, stockings,underwear,hairspray,teeth, facial hair, moustaches or earrings. We do not accept returns of Christmas costumes and accessories after 27th December or Halloween Costumes and Halloween accessories after 1st November. We do not exchange products that have been used or any products that we have made or customised specifically for you. Until the item to be exchanged is received by Wizard Fancy Dress we are unable to despatch a replacement.
For returns please allow 7 days for payments to be credited to you.
Any goods returned outside of our 7 days Returns Policy will be defined as "In Dispute" and will not be refunded or exchanged. We will give you a decision regarding the goods in dispute and offer to return them to you or destroy them.
Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order you must do so by e-mail or phone before the order confirmation has been sent to you that the goods have been sent to you. If goods have already been despatched, you will be responsible for their safe return to Wizard Fancy Dress and delivery charges.
Faulty Items
Faulty items must be reported and returned to us wthin 7 days of delivery. They must be returned in the original packages un-used with all packaging intact with your name and address and order number as failure to do so may result in a delay in refunding to you.
General
We reserve the right to cancel, decline or reject any order without notice and refund any payment made prior to despatch.
